Program Note
In 1994, Taipei County Culture Center began organizing several art exhibitions by the Tamsui river. This documentary records the second exhibition in 1995. Environmental issues had been significantly relevant to this exhibition, a punchline to the climax of the exhibit′s surroundings: a dead body floating by, a car on fire on the express way, a factory by the dike on fire.
