Program Note
This short piece exposes modern life in Seoul by documenting ordinary life on Seoul′s subway. The routine becomes striking in tis commonness, leading audiences to see anew images they would normally glance for half a second. The first half contrasts between the real and surreal, crossing between the lifestyles of beggars and subway ads. The second half moves like a music video against the song "Into a Night," showing a train underground named "Life".
