Life appears normal for two siblings until they discover that Grandma and Grandpa's behavior has suddenly become deeply disturbing after being left to stay at their grandparents' house while their mother is on vacation. They are warned not to come out of their room past 9:30 at night; but, after curiosity gets the better of them, they realize that there is something terribly wrong taking place. After failing to convince their mother to come to their rescue, they are left on their own to face the untold horrors surrounding the two―now seemingly evil―elders. M. Night Shyamalan’s 11th feature, The Visit is a psychological horror film with very unique premise and his peculiar direction. Ever since the mega hit, The Sixth Sense in 1999, his name itself has been drawing high expectations from the audiences and The Visit will certainly come up to their expectations once more.
