When Detective Ben Walls wakes up in a nearly empty hospital, he begins to discover that things are not quite what they seem. Haunted by dark shadows, Ben soon realizes that his life will never be the same. His journey leads him across the path of a zealot named Daniel Donner who can turn even the strongest of men into his disciples. Ben escapes Daniel’s grasp and flees further into the hospital. The more time Ben spends in the hospital the further he begins to explore his own internal relationships with doubt. To compound the issue, Ben sees dark shadow type people moving throughout the hospital. They eventually lead Ben into the chapel where he faces them and his reality. The world begins to shift around Ben and the Shadow Person.―Suddenly Ben is now a shadow and a young ghost hunter, Casey, stands staring at him.―Both tremble in fear.
