Program Note
A boy meets a mysterious lady in the midst of a desert where a rocket crashed. Men worship her with gifts, and she guides them to the deepest part of the desert. The boy wonders if she is the god who was on the crashed rocket. When everything terminates to create new myths, bleak beauty appears. (CHO Young-jung).

MASAYA Matsui
Matsui Masaya was born in Gifu, Japan, and is a graduate of Waseda University. After working at a visual effects production house for over a decade, he branched out on his own to start directing commercials and music videos. His filmography includes IMAX films [Mizumonogatari](2010) and [Earth Story](2005).
