Obtuse brother and sister Paquita and Venancio live with their oldest sister Ignacia in a small village near Madrid. One night, Paquita overhears Ignacia’s plan to sell the family home and go to Paris, leaving the two siblings behind. Respected actor and director Fernando Fernan Gomez masterfully creates this movie based on a true story full of conspiracy and innocence, clashing between the traditional and the modern.
