In 2025, Zebra city is a model metropolis that undertakes experimental political reform. One of the experiments is ‘Zebra Time’. At 5am and 5pm for five minutes, basically, for ten minutes each and every day, the law permits any and all criminal acts and allows police and people in power to shoot anyone. Potential criminals as well as the sick, elderly and people living on pensions are annihilated. The first one, [Zebraman] was released in 2004 as the monumental film celebrated 100th role by Show Aikawa who played Zebraman. Now, after 6 year hiatus, the main cast and crew are the same as Show Aikawa, Kankuro Kudo, and the director Miike Takashi return.
