This is a realistic human dramatization of the activities of four photojournalists who documented the horrors of Apartheid accompanied by a series of love stories, based on the memoirs of Pulitzer Prize winners Greg Marinovich and Joao Silva. Apartheid was an extreme system of racial discrimination that ruled South Africa until Nelson Mandela was elected president in May of 1994 in the first free election in the history of the Republic of South Africa. ‘Bang Bang Club’ is the name of the foursome.
