Ribud has recently lost his wife. Iah and her son Roby try to comfort him. He eventually drags a heavy metal motor outside and gets on a boat. He rides out further and ties the motor around his ankles. He starts to heave the motor over the side until he sees Roby′s body floating in the water, and brings the body back to Iah.
