Program Note
Romy is an overweight, insecure security guard who courts Daisy, an ambitious and beautiful laundry woman. Romy is in love with Daisy from the start, and he tries show his affection in little ways, until one day, he is forced to do something special in his quest for Daisy.

Borgy Torre is a graduate of De La Salle University in Manila where he studied Communication Arts. He is a short film director, assistant director, and editor. He recently won the Best Short Film award at the 5th Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival.
