Five twenty-something friends travel deep into the Texas Big Thicket for a summer weekend. Brian, his brother Matt, Matt's girlfriend Dora, their friend Todd, and Todd's girlfriend Liz look forward to getting away at a cabin built by Matt and Brian's Uncle Bob. The road trip is full of pranks and shenanigans; but as the kids get deeper into the woods, out of GPS range, their revelry is dampened when they hit something on a darkened road with their jeep. The kids get out and find the front of the jeep dented and bloodied. Spooked, the friends continue to the cabin for a party weekend. While they are having a blast in the uncle’s abandoned cabin, strange things happen and they find themselves stalked by the legendary Sasquatch. Cut off from the world, and knowing help isn’t coming, the kids must try to make it out of the woods alive while hunted by a creature that’s smarter, stronger, and more terrifying than they would have ever believed exists.
