Living in a world of daily violence, Eka and Natia are frequently exposed to brutality at home, school, and their neighborhood. The more violent their reality becomes, the deeper the two girls’ solidarity and friendship grows. One day, however, Natia is kidnapped by a man and forced to marry him. When the two girls acquire a pistol, they want to take their revenge. Following the girls’ coming of age story, this film imbues a satirical and optimistic viewpoint toward the life of Georgian women exposed to violence in a male-dominated society. (KIM Young-woo)
