Program Note
An unexpected series of events leads a young Korean-American to rethink his past, present and future. Jonathon Cho confronts two very different eyewitness accounts of a bloody shootout in Korean-owned liquor store in the heart of South Central, an area laden with racial tensions between Koreans and Blacks. Jonathon must choose between believing the testimony of his brother Shawn who is ingrained with his own racial prejudices or Rasheed, an innocent bystander.
