Saeed, the most common man in his 40s, has a devout devotion. One day, when his wife is mistaken for a prostitute by a taxi driver, and is sexually harassed, he is caught in anger and decides to take revenge. While searching for a target for revenge, quarrels arise with various people, but the situation gets worse as time passes. Eventually, he reaches the idea of eradicating the evils of society by removing the women who engage in prostitution on the streets. In fact, the women who are sacrificed by him are simply the underdogs of a society struggling to take responsibility for their families. Director Ebrahim Irajzad second feature film, Killer Spider, is based on a disturbing true story and reveals the tragedy created by false beliefs and misogyny through the film. (PARK Sungho)
