Program Note

A high school student is at her most sensitive because of her grades. Her mother suddenly loses her job, and finds work as a janitor at her high school. Things become increasingly awkward between the two. To restore their relationship, Mother comes up with a dangerous plan.

Shoki Lin

Dreaming of being a film director, Shoki Lin started making videos in his middle school days. He participated in the ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator program hosted by Busan Film Commission in 2015. He wrote and directed the short film Changi (2017), which was invited to numerous film festival garnering several prizes.
