The 30th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) unveils the line-up of Talk-to-Talk Scene Stealers: Steal the Spotlight, a special talk event featuring conversations with Korea’s leading scene dominators. Known for captivating audiences with a single appearance, six actors will share candid reflections on their roles and performances.

Hyun Bong-Sik opens the event, acclaimed for his memorable roles across genres, including The Match (2025), Lobby (2025), and The Old Woman with the Knife (2025). Also joining is Kim Jae-Hwa, the winner of Best Actress Award at the 44th Korean Association of Film Critics Awards for Blesser (2024) and widely praised for distinctive performances in Miss Fortune (2023) and Smugglers (2023). Lee Jun Hyeok, who has built a diverse portfolio across film and television with works such as Rebound (2023), Hitman2 (2025), Hot Stove League (2019), and The Player 2: Masters of Swindlers (2024), will also take part, offering frank insights into the challenges and dedication behind his performances.

Yoon Kyung Ho will meet audiences following critical and box office acclaim for his roles as a colorectal surgeon in The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call (2025) and a neighborhood pharmacist in My Daughter Is a Zombie (2025). Since debuting in the musical Cats (2000), Back Joo Hee has established herself on both stage and screen with works such as Extracurricular (2020), Your Honor (2024), Hostage: Missing Celebrity (2021), and Noise (2025). Also joining the line-up is Lee Sang Hee, who received Best Supporting Actress honors at both the Blue Dragon Film Awards and the Baeksang Arts Awards for My Name Is Loh Kiwan (2024), bringing her distinctive screen presence to audiences.

‘Talk-to Talk Scene Stealers: Steal the Spotlight’ is a free admission event, and open to all BIFF visitors.
