2025 Asian Contents & Film Market!

The 20th Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) has unveiled the full lineup for InnoAsia, its newly launched platform for innovative content, marking the program’s debut this year.

Designing the Future of Asia’s Content Industry:

Where AI Meets Storytelling for Groundbreaking Innovation

InnoAsia, an innovative content platform that merges cutting-edge technology with storytelling, brings together global tech leaders and film industry stakeholders to foster sustainable collaboration and create new opportunities. At this pioneering event, leading players such as Amazon (AWS), Google Cloud, and MidJourney join forces with Asia’s trailblazing companies, including Kling AI, TikTok’s Jimeng AI, PixVerse, and India’s Mugafi. European and Korean startups join them, along with policy institutions such as the Korean Film Council (KOFIC), the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), and the Seoul Business Agency (SBA), as well as pioneering production companies that lead AI-driven creation. Together, they will share technological insights and industry perspectives.

InnoAsia Brings Film and Technology Together,

Unveiling Five Core Programs!

InnoAsia will feature five flagship programs: Conferences exploring the future of cinema and opportunities opened by emerging technologies; AI Boot Camp Series, series designed for creators; WIP Showcase, presenting AI films and technology-convergent content currently in production; InnoAsia Stage & Lounge, offering hands-on experiences with innovative storytelling technologies; and Investment Events for Startups, connecting startups, investors, and industry professionals.

The conference will open with the “Demo Jam Kickoff,” introducing participating speakers, followed by “Connecting Innovation,” a session on global strategies for cloud and AI collaboration; “The Cinematic Singularity,” discussing the convergence of AI and cinema; “How to Drive Value From IP in 2025,” exploring shifts in IP utilization and copyright issues; “Next Frame: Remapping the Future,” looking ahead to the future of storytelling; and the “Closing Keynote” by MIT Professor Pat Pataranuporn. Additional sessions include the Korea Racing Authority and Studio Freewillusion’s branded AI content strategy, Pickford’s interactive AI mystery Whispers, and the AI Film International Summit hosted by TikTok’s Dreamina AI.

The AI Boot Camp Series will feature PixVerse, and MiniStudio, showcasing generative AI content creation tools and practical applications. Participants will receive hands-on training and complimentary credits to continue their creative work beyond the event. The WIP Showcase will preview feature-length films and technology-convergent content currently in production by AI studios from Korea and around the world. In-depth discussions with creators will illuminate production processes and creative insights, offering a comprehensive view of the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven content creation.

At the InnoAsia Stage & Lounge, participating companies will host 30-minute live demos showcasing innovative solutions and creative ideas. The lounge also offers an open networking space for tech companies, creators, and startups to explore collaboration opportunities. The Investment Events for Startups will connect technology-driven content startups with investors and industry stakeholders through company pitches and consultations, fostering tangible investment opportunities.

Encompassing exhibitions, forums, education, investment, and showcases, InnoAsia accelerates the convergence of cinema and advanced technologies while establishing sustainable networks among creators, enterprises, and policy institutions. Through this initiative, the Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) aims to enhance the global competitiveness of the Asian content industry and introduce new markets and creative environments that emerge at the intersection of film and technology.
