A woman delightfully receives a rose and a mirror from her man. Gradually the mirror becomes an oppressive presence, forcing her to conform, and becomes identified withe the man who dominates her, requiring her to adorn herself for his sake. We see that the woman in the mirror is different from the real one who uses shrewdness to conform to social pressure. Finally, her resistance to an oppressive relationship allows her to break the mirror. (Kwon Yong-Min)
